Meet Michelle - Clinical Pilates Practitioner

I’m Michelle Goldberg, a Clinical Pilates practitioner offering expert, personalised care in my fully equipped boutique studio in Caulfield South.

 

I specialise in tailored, evidence‑based programs that build strength, improve mobility and support recovery from pain or injury, all delivered with precise verbal and tactile cueing.


Working with only one to three clients at a time, I provide a highly focused and supportive environment where every session is designed specifically for your body.

 

My approach blends clinical insight with premium, attentive instruction, helping you move with strength, balance, and long‑term confidence.

How I teach

I teach using Joseph Pilates’ classical method as the foundation, honouring his original principles of control, precision, breath and balanced strength.

 

At the same time, I incorporate contemporary Pilates techniques informed by modern biomechanics and clinical knowledge.

 

This blend allows me to stay true to the integrity of the classical work while adapting and evolving it to support today’s bodies, creating sessions that are both deeply traditional and thoughtfully updated for strength, mobility and long‑term wellbeing.

My Philosophy

I believe movement should feel safe, supportive and empowering.

 

Pilates is not about perfection - it’s about learning what your body needs and building strength from the inside out.

 

My approach is calm, intentional, and tailored to each person’s ability, goals and comfort level.
